Booking Terms and Conditions :

Cancellation Policy:
In all circumstances, cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged half of the total booking cost, and those received less than seven days before arrival will be charged in full.

Booking:
For bookings of 2 nights or more we require a deposit equalling half the total bill, in advance, in the form of a cheque or a BACs transfer. Please note this must be received and cleared in our account 14 days prior to your arrival date. This is requested as a guarantee against your non-arrival or late cancellation. Furthermore, if you are delayed, you have the peace of mind in knowing that your room will be held for you.

Bills can be settled either with cash or cheque.
Please note we do not accept credit or debit cards.
